A lot of small businesses do not need a big outsourced helpdesk. They need one sensible person who understands the setup, explains things clearly, and takes proper responsibility for keeping IT in a better state.
That is the sort of support I aim to provide. Calm, practical, straightforward help that makes things easier rather than more complicated.
I've been running CMH Computer Solutions since 2004, initially as a sole trader and as CMH Computer Solutions Limited since 2010.
I work with businesses that have usually outgrown winging it with IT. Things have built up over time, nobody fully owns it, and someone senior is losing too much time to avoidable IT nonsense.
